Just to dismiss the PHP5/PHP4 argument let me point that after some testing I can conclude that both PHP4 and PHP5 (latest release versions) behave the same way when it comes to isset() on a variable with value = 0. This issue (if you don't want to call it a bug) will remain whether PHP4 or PHP5 is ...

So how do I report a bug?

I understand the bug tracker is down at the moment. No bug reports are welcome here. So how do I report one then?

Bug + Fix: Redirection to topic does not work after a login

Problem: * Installed brand new 2.0.17, no mods/addons * Logged in as 'admin', changed the forum "Test Forum 1" to be "Private" * Logged out. * Tried to access the only topic present by default: http://.../bb/viewtopic.php?t=1 * Got a login box (as the forum is private now) * Logged in again as 'adm...

For those who are getting SQL errors after deleting some users with this mod please read this: http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?p=1471863#1471863 I have already pointed this out long time ago, but my comment went kind of ignored. Let me repeat myself: there is a bug that incorrectly deletes ...

A bug found in v2.02

I believe I have found a bug in the 'Delete User' part of the code. If a deleted user was a Group Moderator, the script incorrectly sets new Group Moderator. I see that the author intended to replace the deleted Group Moderator with the admin who is deleting that Moderator. However, the script is tr...

Tim,

Thanks for the fix!!!

I was wondering if you could find a fix for another small issue:

Even though you set "NOT to show unnapproved POSTS", they are shown anyway (with the message 'waiting for approval').

(The TOPICS work ok).

Thanks again!

Thank you very much for a feedback!
I guess I'll wait for the new version then...

I do not want to rush you in any way or to put any pressure on you, but do you have any rough idea or a guesstimate on when we could possibly test the new version?

Thanks again!

First of all thank you very much for developing such an excellent MOD. I can confirm the following bugs with PHPBB 2.0.8a and Approve MOD 1.1.0: * Approving posts in the "posts" part in administration panel doesn't work (in front it works) * Removing auto-approval of the topic in the admin panel doe...

Thanks Ghaham, You were right, indeed! Some mirrors STILL have the old version of PHPBB (and it is the 25th of March today, meaning it's been a week now!). The mirror that has the right one is "Brookfield, WI". search.php has 18 March in the header. I REALLY wish PHPBB guys included revision letter ...

2.0.7 vs 2.0.7a question

In the announcements forum it says that the 'Possible SQL Injection' fix have been incorporated into the downloadable packages. However if I open 2.0.7a files that should have been updated, I cannot see any of the directives mentioned further in the security announcement. And another question: why P...
