Re: Approval MOD

Hi I am using Post Control MOD and would like to shift to this MOD. Is it possible. I am using many other MODs like attachment MOD, FAP 1.4.1 (full album pack), extreme styles etc. on phobb 2.0.21 With all honesty, a short answer would be "I don't know". I have never actually tried Post Control MOD...

What exactly is not supported? As far as I am aware full support is given for all phpBB3 Release Candidates.

Re: Approval MOD

should I just move on to phpBB 3.0 RC2 ? Do you think its stable enough to start over with instead of fixing 20.22 plus adding the mods? That is entirely up to you. Yes, RC2 should be stable enough (although I never tried it personally), but since you are asking about it in this thread I think I ha...

Re: Approval MOD

Should I just reinstall the mod or perhaps deinstall / reinstall the mod. Is that the simplest solution. I am afraid is not as simple as just installing the MOD again. We do not know which files have changed. If you are seeing the checkboxes but not the text next to them it means at least *some* fi...

Re: Approval MOD

Out of the clear blue, the label 'Approval options' and the text for each of the check boxes has disappeared from the General Forum Settings. I have no idea where to look. My other administrator said he touched nothing and I have not either. Any idea of where to look? Yes, check your language\lang_...

Re: Approval MOD

if a user attaches an image, the image appears to everybody even if the post has not been approved. Thank you for reporting the issue. The above quote "This MOD is fully compatible with the Attachment MOD" referred to the fact that the MODs do not conflict with each other and can be installed on th...

Re: [RC] Approval MOD v2.0

nice news. thanks.. Release date? (validated?) People are never happy, aren't they? I have completed my work 101%. So "release" date for me was yesterday. When will phpBB management start accepting MODs for validation again? I have no idea. How long will it take to validate my MOD? I have no...

Re: [RC3] Approval MOD v2.x

Can you please release the 2.0 final package with only the smaller and simple Topics Anywhere fix? That would be good enough. I think the Simple Subforums and Digest Mods can wait for a later 2.01 release or something. It's finally happened. Giving you the full thing now! Including Simple Subforums...

Re: Approval MOD

the end result is that I have a TOPIC that I want to have approvals on. Will this work? Unfortunately not. Approval options are valid only per forum, not per topic. The only thing you could do is create a "chatter" forum with the approval ON and move all the threads that have gone "too chatty" into...

Re: Approval MOD

Ok problem solved. but now other category there is same problem :( (wrong values) The SQL queries above should have fixed the whole board. If this is not the case, then I am afraid wrong values are being written into the tables when posts are made / deleted. This means that the MOD was installed in...

Re: Approval MOD

i have a big problem. (count message) Did you install Approval MOD by hand or did you use EasyMOD ? It seems that the SQL fields added by this MOD (approved posts counters) have wrong values in them. Try resetting the approval MOD SQL counters using these SQL queries. ATTENTION: THESE ACTIONS WILL ...
