IP without posting

Is there a way to tell an IP of someone who signs up for the forum, but never posts? I've been getting a lot of people signing up lately, all from the same IP address, I assume, that are just signing up to get a backlink, and I just want to ban the IP address... but I can't figure out a way to get t...

English only?

If I just want my board to be english only, do I just remove the other langauge files, or how do I do that? I have a lot of mods that I assume won't work with the other languages, since I didn't update anything but english...

Hmmm... how do I do that, then? I've put the forum in a category with 2 other forums. I want the 3rd to show up, but not be readable...

Category viewable, but not forum?

Is there a way to make a catagory visable to all members, but the forum inside the catagory locked to people who are not in that usergroup? I run a photography forum, and basically want to have an "mature content" section that people not in a specific usergroup can't view, but I do want the category...

Yeah... something like that would be great. I appreciate all the help everyone has given, but in the meantime, I have worked out a better solution with the advertiser that is not so code dependant - basically, instead, I'm going to create a product reviews sub forum and just put their ads at the top...
