Re: NV recent topics

That actually just repeats the topic titles. How do I have it to show last post titles (which in my case can be different from the topic titles)? Also, can the titles be bold and in the color chosen?

Re: last post topic title

I really like this mod. Mine is set to display the post title as the link-name. I am also using the "recent topics MOD" and I would like to have the last post titles showing there too. Can someone show me how that can be done? Thanks.

Last topic titles in recent topics

I am using both the advanced last topic titles and recent topics. Is there any possibility to have the recent topics also displaying the last topic titles? That would be great.

RMcGirr83 wrote:You would probably have to add a check in includes/ucp/ucp_profile.php for admin and/or mod status...then toss an error or remove the entry if not allowed to have the website link.
No clue how to do that.

Re: Disallow Website in Profile

You can't disable it from the ACP. But if you only want it for admins and moderators, do this. OPEN styles/prosilver/template/ucp_profile_profile_info.html FIND: <dl> <dt><label for="website">{L_WEBSITE}:</label></dt> <dd><input type="text" name="website" id="website" maxlength="255" value="{WEBSIT...

Re: Disallow Website in Profile

Sorry, I have used the wrong terminology. I dont want to delete that field but I would like to be able to disable it from the ACP just like for the 'signature' field. It would be even better if is linked to the Group permission too, eg I can disable that for registered users but allow moderators and...

Re: Disallow Website in Profile

Thanks. This means I need to remove this from the script and not possible to disable via ACP. I wonder if there is any mod that can do this.

Re: th23 Domain

Just one question:
I want to have 4 domains sharing one DB. Do I need to upload/edit all files for all the 4 domains or do I just do it for one main domain? Thanks.

Re: New Topic Button In Topic

I found out that (even without your modification) when you are not logged in to a forum that has 'read only' for both guests and members, you actually see the 'new topic' button in the forum view and 'post reply' button in the topic view. When logged in as a member, you dont see these 2 buttons any...

Re: New Topic Button In Topic

After further testing, I guess your mod works ok. When I referred to a 'locked forum' I should have referred to forum permission set to read only. I found out that (even without your modification) when you are not logged in to a forum that has 'read only' for both guests and members, you actually se...

Re: New Topic Button In Topic

No, I logged in as an ordinary member and also tried logged out.

PS: I just realised that as a guest, I actually do see the "New Topic" button in a locked forum which I dont see if logged in as a user (not mod or admin). Is that normal?
