Re: Possibility to send PM

So I still need help on this one. The admin can send/receive PM's but not the users.
First of, if I change the settings from 'sending PM' to YES does that not refer to ALL the users, i.e. mods, users or admins?
I tried pretty much everything here but I can't figure it out.

Possibility to send PM

Hi

the members in my forum cannot send PM's, but in the ACP it says they can. The forummembers have the button to open up the PM but when you click that it doesn't open the area to write your messages.
This is a new forum and I'm wondering if it needs the right language parts.

Anyone?

Re: Banned Members posts

Can't you go the memberslist and find the banned member there? Or did you completely delete him or her from your forum. If that is the case searching by author won't be an option at all.

How do I make the moderators dissappear in the forums?

All right, first of let me tell you guys how much I appreciate all the help that I had in the past ! Second: I want to get rid of the "moderator: Pietje, Frank..." that shows on every forum. The only way I can think of is changing the permissions from group (moderators) to user. But there must be a ...

Re: Can't change the colour of one particular group

Hoi Alfred,

You had me thinking there but you were right! There was a group 'admin' and a group 'administrators'. Obviously I was working in the settings of the other group. Dank je wel!

Thanks!

Re: Can't change the colour of one particular group

Hi Alfred,

What I mean with that is that the code and the colour tablet is adjusted to the colour I chose but once I go to the actual board it's still the old colour. So yes, they return in their original colour. I was able to change all the other groups but not the admins.

Can't change the colour of one particular group

Hi,

I adjusted the colours of all the groups in my forum. However, the admin group doesn't change. In the settings I can change the colours and it will take the new colour code but after clicking submit the colour doesnot change online. Do I need to change it for the admins somewhere else?

Re: Stickies here and there

All right, I am running into this issue Every member of the forum has their own diary and they can moderate this diary themselves. A diary is a forum. So John Doe has user permissions but also simple moderator permissions , only in his forum/diary. 1. In the simple moderator permissions, does 'edit ...

Re: no quote option vs. quote option

We upgraded to 3.0.6 and all the 'quoto' and 'edit' have disappeared again. We do still have all the language folders. Do you know of a bug of some sort in the new 3.0.06 ??
