hmmm im trying to think about sometin, i remember a problem someone had like this a long time back, but i forget how he fixed it... if you are uploading through FTP are you using the right settings?(ASCII, binary?)

i jus remembered now, theres a mod out there that'll show a whole entire different display if it's a bot viewing the page... try using the forum search ;) http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=236489&highlight=search+bots and this one is even better if u know a lil template stuff cuz it has...
