I have some normally disabled exensions and after I enable all of them, I would re-disable them. Its less work than activate all of them (I use a lof of extensions) one by one.

Its not working in we_universal style.

After I use it, my board went to inaccessible. I had to delete all data in foodomain/forum/cache. It works fine and its very good to find problems in extensions.

What is the intended use case for this? My initial use for this was to disable all of my extensions when upgrading my live board from 3.1 to 3.2 - but another use is when you have a problem with an extension and you do not know which one.
