when someone changes their email address, they get a new email asking them to re-authenticate them

untill they do, they are in-activtive

problem solution >> get them check their emails and click the re-activation link.. or tell them to use a valid email address

load up the table phpbb_config

and see what setting is in the server_name field

If i have read what you want to do right... then i cant see why you would want to do it,, Im assuming you want to remove the header (logo area with all menu's) OR want to change the site name just for the registration page.. might seem a daft post this..

but could it be due to the domain name being switched to a IP address..


for example..

if i access this directly http://203.98.181.156/ i get that front page instantly

if i access it via the domain name... there is a load of lag before appears

also.. they may have forgotten their password.. try forgotton password feature or you can change it for them in admin panel

bascially.. if everyone else can log in etc.. it can come down to the following.. user is using wrong username or password password is case sensative.. ie, PASSWORD and password would be treated different, so check to see how they are typing their password in If they have forgotten their password......

must stuff is added in the overall_header.tpl

this is located in ../templates/subSilver/

this holds the main menu... and can be used to add a banner etc
