Re: Adding a favicon is not working for me.

Both. That the html code for your favicon is over the <head> tag and also that you use the internal server dir, http://www.iluvatarsgrace.com/home/emcha/public_html/favicon.ico, of your site. edit: instead of <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1...

Re: Adding a favicon is not working for me.

Yep that is true. Let's say it should be expand that you can use a relative path instead of a full path when you have that image in your forums root folder.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon

The german version differs and contains the sentence in which is mentioned, that you should use the html code for compatibility reasons.

Re: Adding a favicon is not working for me.

Some browsers do and it's better do define it, then leaving it. And writing it to the wrong place doesn't make it any better...

Normally opera detects the favicon even without having it defined in your source code, but here it cannot found it because of the error i stated in my previous post.

Re: Adding a favicon is not working for me.

Well, the solution is in your html code... <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en-gb" xml:lang="en-gb"> <link REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="http://www.iluvatar...

Re: I always hit the edit button when wanting to quote

@JimA and stevemaury: sorry, I didn't saw that the am and pm thing was different (in germany we don't have that). I'll do that the next time. :) NOT "a normal access right" for administrators - it is not an administrative permission at all. Right, it is a moderator access right. :? How do you mean? ...

Re: [RC] Support of SQLite 3.0+

Oh yeah, sorry I forgot, that I made a reinstall, because of the different versions of sqlite. Sorry. The thing is: Is SQLite3 faster for you than SQLite(2)? Because I'm not sure right now if it is really faster or slower than sqlite. The install took longer than with sqlite(2), but the database is ...
