Re: Upgrading from 3.2.7 to 3.3.0

7.3 should be fine. there should be a setting in your hosts control panel to set the PHP for the domain. set to 7.3.15

Re: upgrading from 3.0.12 to 3.3 and php 5.6 to 7.3

That may have been a very unnecessarily step. and possible dangerous!

Re: upgrading from 3.0.12 to 3.3 and php 5.6 to 7.3

I am curious if stuff in your stores directory will cause u problems going forward

Copypasta.... S̶e̶p̶a̶r̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ There's loads of generators out there on Google, you should be able to just copy and paste into your board (whether it works or not will depend on the boards font) I copied that into the forum name and it displays. a different style may play into this separation.p...

Re: do I need a separate sub domain to install phpBB

You could also have problems with different software with conflicting PHP version requirements. I know on a regular Server i can only set the PHP per Domain. and not by the folder. PhpBB 3.3 Requires 7.2 or better i think. Safest thing is probably for a new Sub-domain.
