After the transfer to HostGator, I was given the phpBB ACP.
Now, since I have the phpBB ACP, I can't upload rank images.

If so, I don't think you can reply via e-mail to a topic, but it is possible to set your UCP settings to where you get an e-mail notification every time ...

I don't believe the option your looking for is available. You can either enable them to see the forum and topics or not.
