Is there a way that I can give him access to make new topics in that subforum even though I have set it to read only access for the Registe...

Permissions --> Groups' permissions --> Registered users --> Global moderator permissions

make sure in "Misc", "Can issue warnings" is set to No...or never
Thanks Jessica, will check that and revert back

Others members are able to Warn other users

Is this right? I thought only Mods and Admins should be able to Warn other users?

I created a test account and noticed that he can warn other users

How to fix this?

Thanks

Re: Where did this color palette come from?

I got it resolved now and got a Font Color drop down list using the ABBC Mod But I like the way you choose colors on these forums more. Also, when I did delete the color palette as you instructed me above, it worked, but in the QuickReply it is still there. Do you know how to remove the Color Palett...

Re: How to edit existing default BB Code?

The code you get when you push the button has nothing at all to do with the code in bbcode.php. The insert code is right there in the posting_buttons.html template: var bbtags = new Array('[b]','[/b]','[i]','[/i]','[u]','[/u]','[quote]','[/quote]','[code]',' ',' ',' ',' ',' ','[img]','[/img]',' ','...

Re: How to edit existing default BB Code?

Adding an equal sign seems like inventing the wheel! :shock:

All the members are complaining about this because if you enter a URL that you want to have diff. text appear, you need to enter the = sign! :roll:

Re: How to get these profile icons on my Forum?

Are you using Custom Profile Fields now? Those are text. It would be nice if there was a URL-with-image field, but there isn't. If you want icons, you'll probably need a code change. Re: How to edit existing default BB Code?

What I found in the bbcode.php file is this: case 3: $this->bbcode_cache[$bbcode_id] = array( 'preg' => array( '#\[url:$uid\]((.*?))\[/url:$uid\]#s' => $this->bbcode_tpl('url', $bbcode_id), '#\[url=([^\[]+?):$uid\](.*?)\[/url:$uid\]#s' => $this->bbcode_tpl('url', $bbcode_id), ) So I just added the E...
