Basically you are not banning them anymore, you are just moving them to a group which is more work - especially if you forget to unban then

OK, if you ban someone for an amount of time (30 mins) it doesnt change the strike through, you have to reban then unban to get it normal?

i have - but i am not just moving a user to a group when they get banned, because MODS cant do that

Which i do appreciate, but i feel it is unwarranted not to allow them to see the board - i feel for a small community it may stop them coming back.

Is it possible they can still view the board logged in?

Which is what i want as i have parts of the board set to after amount of posts (but testing it seems to give you a message then logs you out)

Mod works perfect, i have set a custom Avatar though, is it possible to return to the users original when they have served their time
