Cool, but not quite. I don't want users to be able to access it unless they login, period, but I got the part sorted out.

The sessions is the main problem. They shouldn't be able to press "BACK" on their browser & still be logged in unless they refresh.

Does anyone know how to sort that problem out?

It doesn't sound bad, but like you said, not secure.

I plan on incorporating other scripts I have for the VIP section as well. Some of them already have their own logins, so I'll need to figure out how to do that...

This mod already exists. I know, because another PHPBB board I go on has it. They didn't get it from PHPBBHacks either.

I posted the code above.

It sounds like we might be trying to do different things.

Yeah, I'm trying to work with it as well. The session/logout thing is the only problem right now.

Code so far: <?php define('IN_PHPBB', true); $phpbb_root_path = 'forums/'; include($phpbb_root_path . 'extension.inc'); include($phpbb_root_path . 'common.' . $phpEx); // // Start Session Management // $userdata = session_pagestart($user_ip, PAGE_INDEX); init_userprefs($userdata); // // End session ...

Is this safe to use? I don't want to install it & then have 917397928391 problems, even when I back the database up.

Jesus H Christ. Another upgrade?

Oh well. The more security, the better. I'll have to do it later on today though.

Thanks for the help MennoniteHobbit! Seems there is only one problem now. I'm still able to hit BACK & be logged in & when I hit refresh, it just keeps refreshing the page over & over. Then it goes to a "You are not authorized..." page. And how do you make it so that when you log out, you go back to...
