Yes it most likely has to do with your server settings. There are limits built into both php and I would assume IIS that limit the size of your uploads.

At least i know this is true with apache and php. I dont know anybody that runs IIS for any purpase other than to catch nimda.

well if you know how through a utility like phpmyadmin or such you could go into the tables directly and edit that info but you need to know exactly what you are putting in there. Anyway by going that way you could change limits and such.

in my case it happened on my test box so I wiped the database and did a fresh install. I have added this mod to my installer so I dont have to keep installing it along with the forum and after the reinstall all went well.

Just my observation but phpbb is very sesitive to having a bad db.

Either way then set permissions on your files directory to 666 or 777 (try 666 first) to allow your web server to write to that directory. The other option is to go to the admin panel for this mod and set it u...

How to put this nicely. It is very stable but as mentioned before. The whole problem here is that html has to be shut off for security reasons. You can turn it on I guess but the more you turn on hte more you are asking to get comprimised. Now having said that all the html features seem to work just...
