Re: [3.2][ALPHA] EXIR - Exif Image Rotation

I know that when I specify a resolution limit, the volume of the file is reduced. That's why I turn it on. Otherwise attachments with photos of 5-10MB would fill my server quickly :)
Rest to check. Thanks.

Re: [3.2][ALPHA] EXIR - Exif Image Rotation

Hi After installing and enabling the extension on my production server ... it does not work. I compared the settings with the test server. It works if it is set in ACP "Maximum image dimensions: 0x0". I have 800x600 on the production server and unfortunately it does not work then. The problem is pro...

I agree that having the check mark there is confusing and should be changed.
I agree too.

Re: EU Article 13 and Phpbb?

This is about ACTA 2.0.
I do not understand why this is. Probably for large corporations trading in copyright.
Or maybe for politicians, the internet would not write about them badly.

Re: Three features you would like to see in 3.3.

John Connor, you are not paranoid, you are a responsible man. Ignoring security leads to data leakage sooner or later. No one has to break phpBB security, it's enough that the trojan steals the password from the admin computer or something else happens. 2FA in this case secures access, because the h...

Re: Three features you would like to see in 3.3.

2FA is securing the bypasses, e.g. when your email account is hacked, somebody resetting your phpBB account linked to that email etc. Or simply somebody guessing your password or when it's retrieved through a MITM attack, a keylogger or just watching over your shoulder while you type it. 2FA is sim...

Re: Three features you would like to see in 3.3.

Today I enabled 2FA in phpMyAdmin. Starting from v.4.8, phpMyAdmin supports 2FA.
So, now I have 2FA in the Direct Admin Panel, phpMyAdmin, Joomla. Only phpBB remained in my system without this security.

Re: Humane Threadbombing solutions (several).

Maybe add additional privileges - can moderate your own topic - but this will not help much, especially if the questioner does not have good knowledge (that's why he asks). I honestly do not understand why the idea of entering +1 in phpbb is still blocked. The Team phpBB explanations why not to do t...
