Re: One db for two forums - /en-gb/ and /fr-fr/

Would it be an idea to just 'remove' the index.php page for you both? Very good idea, thank you :D Now, only thing I need is the language switcher for each of categories. I hope someone will make it. /Edit: I've tried redirect in DirectAdmin /viewforum.php?f=2 to /viewforum.php?f=2&language=xx but ...

Re: One db for two forums - /en-gb/ and /fr-fr/

Hmm... Interesting  Sessions are for staying loged-in as far as I know (and I can be wrong). My primary goal is that every member can use all version of the board (topics, replies, PM) without "language mess" which they don't understand. If user understands two (or more) languages, he can free...

Re: One db for two forums

Thanks for ideas. Or maybe something like this: two instalations and an extension that will copy the entire phpbb_users table to phpbb_users_fr, and vice versa (depends on where user is loged-in or new member registered), also keep updating user_posts row in both tables? I think it's not a simple ex...

One db for two forums - /en-gb/ and /fr-fr/

I'm wondering it's possible to use one database with two forums? Not a whole db, just users. I want to add multi-language forums, for example: http://www.boarddomain.com/en-gb/ and http://www.boarddomain.com/fr-fr/ each board with the same users but with separate content. Any ideas?

Re: [BETA] Trader extension

Very usable extension, thank you. In actual stage it's doing the job. Few minor bugs can be easily fixed, and it's very customisable by simple html code. Two things need attention: 1. Trader feedbacks are visible to guests, even if the whole board is visible for registered users only 2. Backlink to ...

Re: prosilver Special Edition

The only difference is SE has fixed width. Yep. And there is no enough space for 150px avatar and rank (as I said before). Also status bar is a background, Avatar is on top and the responsiveness is killing both. Scalable avatars/ranks will fix that bug. But it's not prosilver issue, prosilver was ...

Re: prosilver Special Edition

Just tested on prosilver, and looks fine. So in my opinion it's the SE bug.

Re: Activate user account email

You're right but the "{USERNAME}" variable already contains css elements. I was able to find only one defined "{USERNAME}" in all phpBB package. I'm too lame for re-define it ;)

RC6. But it was also in previous RCs.

Activate user account email

The account owned by "<span class="username">XXXXXX</span>" has been
deactivated or newly created, you should check the details of this user (if
required) and handle it appropriately
How to remove "<span class="username">"? All emails are sent as clear text, css is not supported.

Re: prosilver Special Edition

There is no enough space in PM, and "online status" is under avatar. Look at the snapshot. In topics looks good. Catched with RC6, full screen. Avatar size: 150x150, rank size: 150x19.

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.1.0-RC5 released

Unless you report the issue to our tracker in detail, as stated in the announcement, and provide steps to reproduce there should be no expectation that you will have a different result with the final release. You should probably do that. ;) It's not first time with the RCs ;) I don't remember but s...

Re: Discuss: phpBB 3.1.0-RC5 released

Auto-update package (ftp) contains some kind of bug.
"Update was successful" but on re-check: fatal error, no such file or directory on /includes... I have to restore my backup and wait for the final release. Thanks anyway.
