Re: Discuss: Introducing JIRA – the new bug tracker

Still seems it has a bit to go to get to pre-Jira stats. It likely will never reach pre-JIRA stats since the Team Members have increased their activity in the tracker due to the edit I posted above. - Adam But the user stats should go up, or remain the same. Not go down, as they have. (I’m not refe...

Re: Tools for development

Versions does look nice, I will admit I’ve never tried it, but like you, when you purchase a good SVN client, and it is working great (and not frustrating), there is little point in buying another product. :)

Works great, except syntax highlighting. It depends time of the day and if there are any clouds blocking the sunlight. :)

Maybe you should upgrade your hardware, use a white board and scanner.

Re: Firefox 4.0 Beta 1

Opera is best browser, ff 4 will have many bugs To each his own. I consistently use Safari, Chrome and Firefox; And occasionally use Opera and Internet Explorer 7. I cannot say that there is one “best” browser. There is a worst, but not a best. Each has their own merits. I like Firefox for the exte...

Re: Discuss: Introducing JIRA – the new bug tracker

I'd also like to point out that Doctrine uses JIRA as well and it's been going pretty well for them so it's obviously not as bad as some are making it out to be... David, there is a sound difference between the demographic of Symfony and Doctrine versus phpBB. Doctrine is used by developers, as is ...

Re: Tools for development

There are actually several decent SVN clients for Mac . :) There was a recent update to svnX this month that looks really nice. My personal favorite is SmartSVN , with extremely active development and the most features I’ve seen from an SVN client, it’s a f...

Re: Discuss: Introducing JIRA – the new bug tracker

Not really sure why it seems the development team no longer cares what the community needs or thinks with regards to a decent tracker. :|

Hi cadric,

Do you by any chance, have a newer 3.0.7-PL1 compatible version of this style?
Thanks. :)

Re: iPhone 4

So basically, you believe that Apple should have total, full, and absolute control over all content, without being held legally responsible for the content they provide? phpBB has the same kind of control. Most good moderated databases of apps/script have some kind of filtering in place of what the...

Huh, looks like AT&T finally noticed: AT&T Fights Spreading iPad Fear.
Gawker appears convinced that Apple could have done something though, I wonder what, if anything...
Oh wait, yeah, they could have chosen to use a different network than AT&T.

Re: Newbie...!

Are there any settings with the admin panel for google friendly URL's or are they just automatic? I assume you mean human readable URLs, they are beneficial to search engines such as Google because they contain keywords. But the default URL is usually sufficient for most people. And also, Is there ...
