Here's an image taken from cuteftp showing them on the server though :?: http://www.antique-locks.com/images/smilies.JPG They don't show up in the smilie...

Re: Smileys and search broken following server move ..

Well, the smilie feature is working, so there has to be a problem with certain of the smilie files. Upload the whole smiles folder from a fresh download from here. I've checked the contents of the folder on the server by viewing the files as thumbnails with cuteftp professional, but will re-upload ...

Smileys and search broken following server move ..

I've just moved from shared reseller hosting to my own VPS (it was fun  ) Following the move (vanilla 3.0.2 on new server) and the upload of the old database via phpmyadmin I have two issues. 1 - All the smiley's are present in the directory but when doing a post the user gets this : http://w...

Re: Server move with different database name.

One slight puzzle, the new server and the old are quoting wildly different database sizes in the acp ?

new : 278 kb

old : 7.67 mb

??

Yet the site seems to be working OK ...

Re: Does ANYONE have any idea what is causing this ?????????????

The hosting co have set the reporting code to 2039 and that seems to have fixed the issue :D :D

I will check it again in the morning to be sure that the issue has not re-occured and post back then.

Thanks again for all your assistance.
