Show event within view_topic page only once [RESOLVED]

After completing my extension not long ago, I noticed that there is a detail in the operation that I do not know how to fix. As some already know, my extension works as a scoring tool, located at the end of the first post of each topic. Would you like to know how I can display it only once, blocked ...

Re: Tip for anyone working with image (site removes background in 5 seconds)

Perfect render (top quality) can be done only by a human and right tools, but i guess it may help someone who needs a fast image cutting. The tool was launched this week, probably they should improve the filters. Manually adjust afterwards (a few minutes later). I was shocked that the tool can filt...

Re: How to Capturing the topic_id variable inside a form action (controller with route)?

Look at the Skeleton extension. You have to add a table through migrations. Then declare that table in your parameters.yml and import that into your services.yml . Then in the file you need it, for instance your controller, inject it as a dependency. phpBB's Board Rules example: - Migrations - Tabl...

Re: How to Capturing the topic_id variable inside a form action (controller with route)?

Could you clarify one last doubt? I uploaded my extension to my server and it is returning this error: SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Table 'phpb884.PHPBBKK_PONTUACAO_ENEM' doesn't exist [1146] SQL SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Table '.PHPBB_PONTUACAO_ENEM' doesn't exist [1146] SQL SELECT COUNT(*) AS number_of_rows , ...

Re: How to Capturing the topic_id variable inside a form action (controller with route)?

Lets bite the hand that feeds you. Just quoting me to make sure I get a notification, is what I call needy, that's why I asked you to stop quoting me. And I know people are not born all-knowing, that's why I am trying to help you, but you will not take it. So, I am going to try this one last time t...

Tip for anyone working with image (site removes background in 5 seconds)

Tip for those who work with images.

This site removes the background from the image in 5 seconds. It will certainly help you save a few minutes of your life.

Great for anyone who works with content management for projects that involve image processing.

Have you tried searching with this extension?
It's a certain function probably within mcp.php so martii's extension can't help right now unfortunately.

By the way I think he has a newer version, but I can't remember.
Look at the link from his repository in github

Yup.. That's what I am thinking. Request them one by one and list their types.
The idea of _Post and use your data is now history. You have to tell us what every field is.

Re: $_POST array

In my extension project I used this code to select my requests. I do not speak English very well, I hope I have helped. $data = array( 'comp1' => $this->request->variable('comp1',0), 'comp2' => $this->request->variable('comp2',0), 'comp3' => $this->request->variable('comp3',0), 'comp4' => $this->req...

Re: Help with the adaptation of a tool in php for phpbb extension

Sorry, you did not solve my problem with this code. And I'm not lacking, I'm just trying to learn phpbb. by the way, neither you nor I are born knowing anything. My extension form appears on more than one topic. When the user clicks submit on the form, the form will need to submit the topic_id in wh...

Re: Help with the adaptation of a tool in php for phpbb extension

I would suggest to try the skeleton tool to check out the way extension coding work in their different context (acp, ucp, mcp, standard page ...) Hi, Canonknipser I'm using his model as a reference and it has helped me a lot. But for this case of the topic, I could not find anything. Thanks for the...

Re: Help with the adaptation of a tool in php for phpbb extension

There is no way to "analyze" your code, as you do not have a link to your GitHub repository. And please do not see this as an invite to attach a zip here or in a private message. And well, what can I say, if you can not manage to request an input variable from a form, there is a long road ahead of ...

Re: Help with the adaptation of a tool in php for phpbb extension

All nice and dandy it is in the current URL, but if it is not in your form action URL you will not be able to request it. So you either have to append it to your form action's URL or add a hidden input field with the current topic identifier as a value. Then upon submission you can request it with ...
