I edited my post. Check your settings. Somewhere it should have somewhere where you canedit the time between posts.

It happens ever once and a while. These forums do it to me too. I don't know if or how you can fix it though. Someone more experienced can tell you that. :wink:

That is webhosting. It looks like it gives you FTP and MySQL so you can go to http://www.phpbb.com/downloads.php and phpBB and install it.

Go to the ACP and go to "User Admin" and then, "Management" and type the user you want to delete. At the bottom it should have a box to check saying, "Click here to delete this user; this cannot be undone." and click submit.
