Yes, you can configure each notice to be dismissible (or not).

You can also force it to be displayed again after some days (if needed)

Brilliant! Great work.

Re: [3.2][BETA] Board Notices Manager

Hey Fred, great looking extension.

Does the user have the ability to permanently dismiss the announcements that are made?

So for example user reaches a high rank, announcement is visible to them saying 'Congrats on reaching X rank!' and then they can dismiss it?

Thanks

When I click a read notification that has been sent out using your extension, it correctly redirects me to the specified page. I inspected the HTML and I can see ...

Re: Multiple topic lists on same page

Update: Been playing around with viewforum.php and managed to get topics from three other forums to display in the main topiclist - woohoo! I used the following to display all topics from forum IDs 7, 9 and 5. 'WHERE' => '(t.forum_id = ' . 7 . ' OR (t.forum_id = ' . 9 . ') OR (t.forum_id = ' . 5 . '...

Yes, it is possible. Maybe even not very difficult to make when one could alter the query selecting topic_ids and then sort them by forum... Multiple topic lists on same page

Hello,

I would like to ask whether the following is possible - to have two topic lists on one page. For example:

Forum 1
--------------------------
topic
topic
topic
topic

Forum 2
--------------------------
topic
topic
topic
topic

Thanks,

Re: If new posts in X forum function

topicrow.S_UNREAD_TOPIC will be true per topic row on viewforum if it is unread in the templates. Thanks for this - will it work with other forums not currently displayed? For example I am viewing forum ID 1, and there are unread posts in forum ID 3 (a page I am not currently viewing), and I do som...

If new posts in X forum function

Hello, I'd like to make some code something like this: <!-- IF f=7 has UNREAD posts --><img src='#'><!-- ENDIF --> Which I would be able to use on any viewforum page. This is so that I could display a small image (indicating unread posts in X forum) next to any forum links in my navigation bar. Coul...
