well i figured it out.


-first upgrade to 2.0.23
-then turn board off-line
-start conversion

> bingo all is well. except now i can't login.....

what could be wrong? The coversion goes well, everything is converted except the posts.
I wanted to try manually, but that seems impossible. phpbb2 uses 2 tables for it and phpbb3 only one.
Please help, i really would like to transfer to phpbb3.

Hi, well i seem to have a similar problem..... the conversion from 2.0.22 to phpbb3 went allright, users everything is there, except for the posts. It did not transfer any of the posts. Tried it several times. Wanted to try it manually, but 2022 has 2 tables phpbb_posts and phpbb_posts_text and phpb...

Hi, I have a question, for my simm i would like to add the current simm-year to the db. This date would be displayed on the forum through an external form which will extract this date from the db. What do i need to do, other than creating a new table in the db? -What would be best, add another line ...

hmm, installing went fine. the mod appeared to be working perfect, untill today. I set the mod to be required and it worked, both in new registraiton and updating the profile. Now, although still set to required, all the fields have dissapeared...... In viewprofile, the birthday field is still there...

1- When you delete a user through the admin userlist or regular usermanagement in the ACP, always get 2 options: return to user management return to Admin index I would like an extra option here, to return to admin userlist. i know about and have used the advanced topic types mod, but that is not working as it should with 1.0.22.
I just need to add 4 extra topic types to the forums, but how can i do this?
Which files need to be updated/modified?

do sme find / replce sttements in the groupcp.php s for the memberslist.php nd /the flg will lso dipsly in the usergroups section ;-0

mybe incorporte this in next relese for this mod
