help  What i probably need is an if statement in the viewpage.php or something like that, where if it matches a specific forum_id, it will show only the special posting buton and if it doesn't match that forum_id, displays the regular posting button. Anyone able/willing to help me with this ?!

No. Moderators cannot use the user-manager without a Mod to allow them. i dont believe that. There is a db query somewhere that must check if the user who uses the userlist is an admin yes/no. So, there must be a way to change this "check" so that it allows moderators to use it too, or am...

Would that be all i need: an if statement, in showing the support button only in one or 2 forums/threads and if so, what and how? (little reminder: i have a seperate posting button, which shows next to the regular posting button in the forums, but this one redirects to a support-form and only need t...

:?: Any ideas where i need to make the change, so that moderators can use the admin userlist, to edit user profiles etc. ???? As described only the admins can use the Admin userlist, but i need to have the ability for the mods to use it too. They can use the standard user-management to do this, so t...

No read it carefully: The admins can use the admin userlist from the ACP, to alter anything they want. The moderators can acces the admin userlist module through the Moderator CP (MCP) (module created by Kooky) and that works fine. The moderators cannot make any changes to the user profiles/status i...

ok, here goes again. I have asked this twice before, but still no answer: I installed the admin userlist and the Moderator cp by cooky. They work great together, but for one thing: The moderators can not use the admin userlist to edit or change users details, when they are in the mcp. They can see a...

phpbb 2.0.21 code change - install error

Hi, I have found an error in the install file for the code changes to 2.0.21. In the includes/functions_post.php there is a replace statement, but the find was not complete, hence a line of code was left twice. This was affecting the "quotes" in our forum not displaying correctly. When i r...

I used the update to latest and ran it with easymod. The original install was not changed in any way. Let me know what code you want to see and I'm happy to send or post. ah, that explains your problem, go through te install manually and you will find it. On a vanilla board easymod works fine, but ...

creating a second "new topic" button in a specific

I have a question, which i think is possible, but a lot of work. We run a support forum and for the Help&troubleshooting thread, we want to use a form, where people have to fill out their details, which wll turn into a post in that forum. I tried and installed form to post mod (still beta, but w...
