Online & Offline Image

For quite a long time, I have been using/added an offline image in my board, but I discovered that the offline image size is a bit bigger than that of the online image only in mobile view, but the sizes are the same in desktop view. How can i fix this?

I don't think that is an extension issue
Do you have the problem if you disable the extension?
I didn't try that before now.

I just disabled the extension and there is no problem. Then that means this is an extension issue?

No, you will also need to back your database. You can do this from ACP or from cPanel, Go to phpMyAdmin and export your database.

Re: login issues

Purge cache. If you cannot access the admin area, from cPanel, locate your forums directory, cache folder > production, delete everything in the production folder. After doing this, clear your browser's cache and try logging in.

Other accounts using the same machine, browser and ISP? You need other users to check it as well ‘cos if it’s just you then it’s a bit of a goose chase.
Why then is it stable on mobile but on desktop, I would have logged in 10-20/hr by reloading or viewing one topic to another.
