Okay, this means I can delete that Mod. Whoever in their right mind would use a 2.0.8 Version anyway?

I was (and am) registered... but I hadn't realised you need to have made at least one post in order to get into the forum responsible for the auto group mod.

That is the one I was talking about. The isntructions are faulty. And the author doesn't respond to people asking about it.
Nothing for it, I'll have to find another one.

There is an error in the documentation: for modcp.php the instructions say: #-----[ FIND ]------------------------------------------ # $sql = "SELECT post_id That bit of code appears THREE times in modcp.php and there is nothing in the install file to suggest which of the three instances is met...

Hi there, I've searched high and low and can't find anything remotely close to what I'm looking for. I have a forum, which I only want to let those members into, that have made at least 10 posts. I would have thought that this wouldn't be something so exotic, but it seems that it is. Does anyone kno...

Re: Problem with passing variables on to through POST

Hi everyone, I'm making a "Report a Post" mod for my site (if it's good, I'll release it)... If you search the mod-db you'll see that there is already a mod called Report Posts. Maybe you can use that instead of making your own  It wasn't working for me so I decided to make m...

I was sure it can be... but either way, the melden.php file is not just HTML. Here's the PHP part: <?php $postid = $_POST["postid"]; $melderid = $_POST["melderid"]; $ip = $_SERVER["REMOTE_ADDR"]; echo " <INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=\"postid\" VALUE=$postid> <I...

Problem with passing variables on to through POST

Hi everyone, I'm making a "Report a Post" mod for my site (if it's good, I'll release it)... but I'm having one problem. Here's what the mod consists of... in viewtopic.php I add this line: $template->assign_vars(array( 'L_MEINNAME' => $userdata['username']) ); Which makes L_MEINNAME the u...
