Re: The "Rest of your site"

I tried running it before I upgraded, I kept getting a route data error. I gave up on it. no matter what I tried putting in for the board http:// address I couldnt get it to work.
My board is in a subdomain, what I am shooting for is the pages for the main domain address

(Other than Wordpress , weebly, or Joomla etc) I have been trying to find a valid copy of Microsoft office 2016 to try out to replace my ancient 2007 version without luck, and bee...

Re: [3.2][RC] Site Logo

Is it usual for Site Logo to take a fraction of a second after the page loads for it to replace the logo? I see the original PhpBB logo for about a second before it's replaced.

Re: Upgrading from v3.0.11

I would update the PHP to 5.4, then start updating the board using the recommended steps. the older 3.1x is available on gethub

Re: Upgrading from v3.0.11

I remember reading somewhere that upgrading from 3.0 to 3.1 was a major change.
So was going from 3.1 to 3.2
I would do it in steps after disabling all extensions.
I dont know if 3.29/3.3 support upgrading directly from that old of a version.
also don't know what version of PHP your host supports

Re: reCAPTCHA 2.0 is not working because registering scambots

In that case you could probably add a notice for the board "if you have registration problems"...and add them manually if you have the add user extension.
do you have any exclusions set for the user name in the user registration name settings???...

Re: Forum being shut down by Hosting Company Again!

Thanks, I'll start looking around again for a new host. Hostgator doesn't sound like it's viewed too favorably. They were great at setting things up for me with a homespun phpbb forum.
