no i'm creating a template... i upload it to the site but it wont show up on the site for me to add it.... how can i get the folder to add the the phpbb forums i have?

i'm creating a style for phpbb... when i upload the folder, it won't install. mainly because it doesn't show up in the "add" part of the templates installation...why won't it install and what can i do to make it install.
