Problem solved. I forgot that I had farted with the User Control Panel and had set "Edit display options" to only show me posts in the last month. The reason it worked in IE is that I did not have an auto-login set and in Firefox I did. And even when I cleared cookies my first step was to log in.......

Well the board went down when I tried to reply (and when I tried to test it in IE) But In IE I can now see it. Must be some Firefox cache thingy (even though I already emptied my cache) But, seeing it in IE means it is not a phpbb problem. Thanks for both the validation on the forum's existance and ...

Each viewtopic_body.tpl code addings already exist two times. ............... When I submit "Find" in wordpad, the codes in the "[ FIND ]" sections show matches double times in different locations for both "[ FIND ]" codes. So which ones to edit? you have the same problem that fireball14513 just had. The solution about 6 posts up from this one will fix your problem.

Poomerio, you missed an edit in index_body.tpl

It removes the secondary reference to which you refer.
