You're in luck, then. Just go through the procedure we've outlined using CuteFTP and you're set.

One of two ways: Rename your club's logo the same name as the current phpBB logo and upload it to the same folder. (subSilver/images) Done. Or you can call your logo whatever you want and then change this code: <a href="index.php"> <img src="templates/subSilver/images/yourlogohere.jpg" width="" bord...

You could have asked in the other thread. You can only change your style IF your host gives you FTP access to your files. They've got them on their server. If they give you access, then you can do as instructed in that other thread. If not, you definitely want to move to a host where you have...

When you download the style the contents will be in a .zip file. This will be just like the contents of the phpBB2 folder you downloaded. It needs to be unzipped with something like WinZip or another unzipping tool. BUT...from the sounds of it...you probably didn't download phpBB yourself or install...

1. Go to the Styles section of this site. 2. Download a Style to your computer. 3. Save it in your templates folder. (At present you should only have a subSilver folder in the folder called "templates") 4. Unzip the folder 5. Upload the entire folder (not just the contents, but the folder itself) to...

I have a question about the link in overall_header. I took the switches out hoping that would allow the link to be seen while logged out. It didn't work. How do I make it so that the link is always visible? I am basically using this MOD as a basic invitation-type MOD so that all members have unlimit...

Could be just that the server is down wherever your site his hosted. Very common regardless of the "99% uptime guarantee." Contact the host or wait a few minutes and refresh.

1st: Download the style you want to add
2nd: Unzip the folder
3rd: Upload the entire folder to the server under sitename/templates
4th: ACP: you should now see the style: click "install"

Any of those steps left out before?

I think some of it might have to do with the overall width of the various sections of the portal. I increased the size of the right column and it fits just fine, but if I shrink it down, I've got a problem again. I have seen this blue part shrunk down to like half the size. I need to figure out how ...

Well, guys. That almost worked. First idea - "nowrap": While that does force the space to accept all the text, the blue bar gets pushed off to the right. Second idea - width: I changed the widths around (I am using ezPortal and the left menu is in overall_header) and that didn't really change anythi...

iCGstation Problem

How do I fix this? http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g8/Califorums/icgprobs.jpg Whatever text goes in that top bar tends to move the graphic around. How do I adjust this? Here is the relevant code: <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tbt"> <tr> <td class="tbtl"><img src="{I_SPAC...

Do you mean you want to give users an entire phpBB forum just like yours complete with an index page and memberlist and all the rest or do you just mean you want to give them their own forum like this:

Politics
Religion
Vegetables
User #1's Forum
User #2's Forum, etc...

This Knowledge Base section has many articles to describe how to change styles and how to install new styles: http://www.phpbb.com/kb/list_articles.php?category_id=4

There are a lot of styles available for you to install in the Styles section. Click on button on top of page.
