Try this: http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=228741: Auto Cookies MOD.

If that doesn't work, try this: http://starfoxtj.phpbbhelp.org/phpBB/toolkit/: Admin Toolkit

1. Do you have a web host? If not, you will need to purchase or get free hosting from a hosting company.
2. Create a database at that hosting company.
3. Upload contents of the .zip to the database.
4. Run the install

Which of these have you done and which have you not?

CSS Activated: ACP Text is now HUGE

Per this KB article: http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article.php?article_id=127 I activated my subSilver (and other themes) and while everything is fine on index and portal, the ACP text is HUGE.

What can I do to fix this?

Thx,

See this article for more info.

You can remove this code (css) and utilize the .css file in your template.

Perhaps I missed a step:

ACP >> General Admin >> Configuration, etc..

How does that work?

Re: Tightening security for forum registration

Include a "confirmation image" to forum user registration, ACP >> Configuration >> Enable Visual Confirmation Have the forum send the "click this link to activate your account" e-mail to the address the user signed up with, ACP >> Configuration >> Enable Account Activation >> User Send an e-mail me...

Well, I didn't know you could align images within a post, so I can't help you there, but to do so in simple html it looks like this:

<tr>start of row 1 (text or blank)
<td>left cell: picture</td>
<td>middle cell: text</td>
<td>right cell: picture</td>
</tr>end of row 1

Repeat as necessary.

Are you trying to accomplish this in a post itself or on a webpage?

1. Download the style
2. Unzip it
3. Upload the entire folder to your server under templates
(You should have this:
templates/subsilver
templates/newstyle)
4. Go to ACP >> Styles Admin >> Add
5. There you will see the style you uploaded: click on install

Done
