Well this would require to modify some codes, the mods I have suggested can make it far easier for your users to read your rules and regulations. If you are not satisfied with those mods, you can submit a mod requests to request such a mod from phpbb mod writers.

What kind of spyware are you referring to ? As far as I know this not caused by any breach in any phpbb coding, and per se we cannot offer support for a technology we do not know about. I suggest you ask your antivirus or antiispyware company or in such related forums. Sorry. :cry:
