Well people .. I solved my problem .... Here's what I did ... Installed a fresh copy of phpBB2 on my new host ... then thru phpMyAdmin y looked for the phpbb_config table .. and renamed it to whatever .... Then I restored my db with the backup I made from my old host ... after installing it ... y l...

Yes do re-upload it, I am sure that you have experienced problems while uploading the file, and also check whether you have uploaded it to the right directory.

If your are using the latest version of phpb 2.0.17, I think that the theme you are using may not be entirely compatible with the version of phpbb
