Well go administration panel, then to General>Configuration, then select Board Settings, then in Account activation: choose Admin for you to activate users before they can access your forum.

Wow great add-on to phpBB forum Theangryone, being not more than an hour and I discover a lot. It seems that phpbb is the most powerful and customizable forum ever! Great! It only makes me more eager to learn to tweak it!!!! :D
