You need the either apache or the webserver package that is on your Windows CD (should be called IIS for XP). You need to install that and then get an self installing version of PHP (much easier than compiling)

MySQL is almost as easy to install as PHP.

NM. I removed install.php and got rid of the cookie domain. Now it works.

Need to figure out how to install other mods now though.

Well, it installed. But now every time I click process it asks me to login again. I think it may have something to do with me running it on my computer.
