Restore

I have just looked at mine as I did a back up ealier before installing a mod (Chat). As this seems to have a problem I thought I would restore to the earlier time.

All I see when I click on restore is a slim column where the file should be (see below). Anyone got any ideas what's wrong

Thanks for the offer Jim, but as I said in a previous post only one admin has ftp access, and we havent seen him for months.
Guess unless some one has seen this before we are not going to resolve it.

It may be due to a time out but I have seen other instances where the browser has tried to download a file instead of executing it. This has invariably been when using Firefox and more often than not when the server has been slow to respond. Of course phpmyadmin is the best method of backing up you...

Database is 200Mb and there is only one admin that has access to the ftp and we cant get hold of him, so we can't use phpmyadmin or similar.

Do you think it has anything to do with the size of the database?
