I think that longer page generation times or downloads of datase backups do not indicate that the maximum execution time is sufficient. But it does not look you have that problem. You would have received an error message (max execution time exceeded or similar). Are you using the server on your loca...

Re: Topics Anywhere 1.11.0 and Approval MOD v2

Hello, Does anyone know how to exclude the hidden unapproved posts from showing up in the list of posts in the mod "Topics Anywhere". I got it to exclude the unapproved posts. I'll stop monopolizing the board! Thanks! Can you please post your solution? It might be useful for other users.

You need to inscrease the "max_execution_time" in your php.ini. The file is located in apache directory, if you are using easyphp. I think setting it to 200 should be sufficient.

OK, I fixed the problem! Before when i had put the first section at the top I had put it under the <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> tag. I found out that the php had to get the headers before any html was sent (or something). anyways thanks a lot for your hel...

Sorry, this seems to be beyond my knowledge. I tried to bugfix following this post: http://www.phpbbhacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21777 It still might be that reason, but I don' t know for sure. I have seen that error message before and it was not due to spaces. When I remember correctly it was d...

Damn, I hate these spammers. Unfortunately all the spam seems to be effective. People should refrain from buying from any spammer, this might stop them doing so.

Thanks for your hard work on this wonderful mod!

Do bots start to spam the profile guestbook? There are many weird entries on jehzlau' s profile.

I think you need to split the code into two sections. At the very beginning of your file: <?php $phpbb_root_path = './forum/'; define ('IN_PHPBB', true); if (!file_exists($phpbb_root_path . 'extension.inc')) { die ('<tt><b>phpBB Fetch All:</b> $phpbb_root_path is wrong and does not point to your for...

Mh, I think that is the only download. You need to wait for them to fix the download. Have you reported the broken download yet?

I have version 2.0.2a installed. The birthdate 31.07.1969 shows up correctly on my homepage, so there must be some mistake on your install. You should check the mod instructions of version 2.0.1. Make sure, you inserted the new code to the right position. It could make a big difference if you add th...

Would it be enough to share the users on all forums?
http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article.php?article_id=55

You would need to have the phpbb files on any of your subdomains, but you can just copy them and change the logo (overwrite logo image) and the forum name (will be stored in the database).

You should update first. Backup your files and follow this instruction: http://www.frostjedi.com/terra/scripts/phpbb/upgrades/birthdays2.0.1-2.0.2.txt This probably does not solve your problem, but you have to upgrade anyway. Version 2.0.2 has some improvements and fixes one or two problems. The bir...

First you need to convert your html file into a php file by changing the extension to .php (instead of .html). Instead of renaming your original homepage file, you might want to copy it and rename the copy. In case anything goes wrong, you can just restore the original file. Then you need to add thi...
