I've read the install files and they are not clear. So far I've uploaded the uncompressed install folder and the zip containing the upgrade files (rc1torc2.zip). When i launch http://www.mysite.com/install it shows the upgrade page but no obvious way to continue.

rc1 - rc2

I'm trying to upgrade to rc from rc1 but not getting anywhere.

The install folder comes seperate to the rest of the upgrade. Am I supposed to upload the install folder uncompressed but the remainder still ziped? Or unzip the whole thing? I get the install page, but no option to continue the upgrade.

have you created a dns entry? Create one and enter it in he apropriate box for the db connection.

Avatar not working since upgrade

My forums been upgraded to 3 rc1, but the avatars no longer work. Avatars are enabled in the acp, and I've copied the files from my old installation to the correct folder of my new installation but still nothing.

any ideas?
