Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

jh0nny: your code should look as follows: <!-- BEGIN switch_length --> <tr> <td valign="middle" align="left" class="row1" nowrap="nowrap" colspan="1" width="30%"><span class="gen"><b>Length:</b></span></td> <td class="row1" colspan="3" width="70%"><span class="gen">{switch_length}</span> </td> </tr>...

Re: erm... How do you now submit mods and update to the mod data

they haven't made that part of the moddb yet: Unfortunately we still cannot accept submissions to the MODs Database for phpBB2.0 or phpBB3.0 at the moment. We are still working hard to make this service avaliable again so sit tight while we work getting things done. post so it can't be done as of yet.

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

@feedback: make sure all the info is both in the template and php files. if this is so, check in teh acp that you've set the display type to normal. @fiftyfour123: ok this is a bit of a bodge job one. didn't realise i hadn't build this in. OPEN includes/usercp_register.php FIND $template->assign_blo...

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

@fiftyfour123: your error is caused by multiple includes of bbcode.php. on a default installation this wouldn't be a problem as there are no prior includes to bbcode.php but its most probably a conflict with another mod that needs bbcode.php. but less jibberjabber here's your fix: OPEN: includes/use...

Re: problem with times changing.

well why can't you expect them to do themselves :P they only have to change 1 you have to change a thousand odd lol. but anyway are you dealing with DST here? you could run an SQL query to update the teimzones. for example: UPDATE phpbb_users SET `user_timezone` = `user_timezone` - 1 to put them all...

Re: SQL Questions [Need Help A.S.A.P]

in the install/schemas folder there are two files for each database type _schema.sql and _basic.sql with the database type preceeding that. _scheme holds the structure and _basic holds the baic data. so look for your current database type then open its _schema.sql folder ;)

Re: Downloads - what next?

you mainly need a database backup for moving hosts, copies of the files also help and generally free forum hosts won't allow you to perform said backups without leaving them some money ;) but ask them, you never know they might :P

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

well simply put in the ACP > Manage Fields set the display type (for profile) to TPL Variable. You then need to set the TPL Variable to something, i usually just use the same name as the field name. Then in the TPL file add something as follows: <!-- BEGIN switch_testing --> {testing} <!-- END switc...

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

basically in teh acp you can configure only the custom field. so you can decide for EVERYONE whether or not it appears in teh profile or in viewtopic. however you can't say have it for one user and not the other, this is what i meant by a cpf per user basis ;)

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

i think you can, i don't remember, but you should be able to go into the ACP then switch off the display for website where you don't want it to display. and it should work with phpbb2.0.22. If your souly looking to stop the website field being displayed there are other mods out there for this ;)

Re: [RC] XData CPF [Custom Profile Fields (MMW)]

you can select from teh acp what cpf's show up in the user's profile and in viewtopic. you can't decide on a user to cpf basis what shows and what doesn't though.

Re: Change sort order in forum?

well this is what viewforum.php runs upon the database in order to obtain the topics (excluding announcements): $sql = "SELECT t.*, u.username, u.user_id, u2.username as user2, u2.user_id as id2, p.post_username, p2.post_username AS post_username2, p2.post_time FROM " . TOPICS_TABLE . " t, " . USERS...
