Take a look at the following article: Fixed width prosilver
Just keep in mind that you can substitute pixels with percentage, eg width: 760px; could become width: 80%;

Well, I had the same problem with a few of my users and I just recommended them to install a spell checker plugin for their internet browsers... But anyways, there is no such mod AFAIK... One spell checker mod for phpbb2 was using spellingcow . Perhaps you can try to implement this in phpbb3 yoursel...

At the time of the announcement my host was running 5.1.6, too. But last week the updated to 5.2.12 without me telling them anything...
I'm guessing that your host - if they are good in their job - will do something similar, too...

The mod contains also root/language/en/mods/topic_restriction.php
copy this file to language/tr/mods. Then translate it and make sure that you save it as utf8 without bom

After a discussion with a few friends from phpbbgr we finally came up with something slightly different... You see, removing this will cause the ability for users to constantly bump the topic if you have set a bump time in minutes or hours, which will lead to the result that was meant to be avoided ...

If the version reports that it is different than the one you have upgraded to, then you most probably did not run install/database_update.php

With every new version of phpbb some bugs are fixed and some features are added... Since template files are the ones responsible for what you see, they often need changes from one version to other. So, almost everytime, some additions/alterations need to be done... Regarding the info about your temp...
