Did you upload it to the same location as you downloaded it from?

Did notepad add a txt extension to it? If so, just rename it to .php from lang_main.php.txt using your ftp program.

You can try this in phpMyAdmin: -- -- Table structure for table `phpbb_users` -- DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `phpbb_users`; CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `phpbb_users` ( `user_id` mediumint(8) NOT NULL, `user_active` tinyint(1) default '1', `username` varchar(25) collate utf8_unicode_ci ...

Looks like its bombing on the add table cause its there already. You can manually add a "drop tables" to the current B/U file or get another backup with myphpadmin and select it to add a table drop.

Software is free from here
Just the cost of your webhost. There are some free webhosts but remember you get what you pay for.

I use Dreamhost.com and have been very happy with them.

Moderators and Admins can move posts.

You would select this icon on the lower left of the post Image
Then select the forum to put it in. You also have the option to leave a shadow (Copy) in the original location.

Edit the file with a text editor (after first backing up the original) it's down about line 629 in the file. Then upload the edited version to your webserver.

Are you sure your server is setup to use PHP.

Create a file and upload it to your server as test.php.

Code: Select all

<?php
// Show all information, defaults to INFO_ALL
phpinfo();
?>
This should output all your servers php info

I'm betting your server is not set up for php yet.

The opendb.php and closedb.php will work as list above. They are very simple files as you can see. If fact, as you can see you could edit the main file and remove the includes and just add the actually portions of each file into the main file. The main file would also need to be edited to pull the i...
