Re: Manage Extensions Menu not visible

Yes, I deleted and then re-added the Extension Management module in the Module Manager for
ACP -> Customise . See screenshot below. But it is still not visible when viewing the Customise tab.

Thanks!

Re: Manage Extensions Menu not visible

Steve, thank you for the help. I have cleared the cache multiple times. Also ran the query you suggested, returned;

MySQL returned an empty result set (i.e. zero rows).

Any other suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks!

The add users extension should look like below:
/ext/phpbbmodders/adduser/
It does.

Still no Manage Extensions menu to even do anything with it.

After performing the upgrade to 3.2, I am no longer able to see the Manage Extensions menu in the ACP/Customise screen. I've followed the steps in the following post; https://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=466&t=2284661 I have removed and reinstalled the ACP_EXTENSION_MANAGEMENT module. Dis...

Re: Update to 3.2 Failed, file not found

Paul, thank you for the suggestion. After working with our server admin (shout out to Dan Stone at Off The Wall Media ) who changed the nginx config and ran the update via shell access several times, the database was finally updated. Not an easy or fast process, but we're back in business. Thank you...

Re: Update to 3.2 Failed, file not found

I am not sure quite what to look for in nginx to know weather it's configured correctly or not. Are you referring to the php version and mySql version? Is there something specifically you are seeing there that would make you think this is an nginx issue? Thanks so much, really appreciate the help! KM

Re: Update to 3.1 hanging at DB upgrade

I was able to finally restore the database after several attempts back to the 3.0.11 version from the local backup taken right before the initial update began. After taking two more backups of the database, local and downloaded, I began the process of upgrading directly to 3.2. This upgrade is also ...

Re: Update to 3.1 hanging at DB upgrade

I have attempted to restore my db from a backup taken last night just before the upgrade process began. I made a local backup as well as a downloaded backup. When I went to restore from the backup, I could select the local backup made last night. It asked if I would confirm, I said yes, the restore ...

Ah, OK thanks Lumpy. Only ever saw one page from database_update.php so just hitting refresh should be the same, I think.

Re: Update to 3.1 hanging at DB upgrade

Thank you for the responses. I should have included, I left the update to run overnight, and have tried refreshing the database_update.php page several times. The /store Folder was set to 775, just now changed it to 777 per your link, thank you for sharing that. Not sure if that will make a differen...
