Yes, but did that fix the first problem?
If it did, lookat the MOD instructions and reinstall the edits to the lang_main.php file.

Is this a premoded forum?
If I try to view the memberlist, then I get redirected to the login page.
So either the board is pre MODed, or is a portal, or has a memberlist MOD installed since that is not the default functioning of phpBB2.
