Okay, I "downgraded" to 2.0.1 to see what would happen. The same behavior. I notice the the session id querystring is located in all the links in the header except for the main one. I wonder if that's an error with my template. I'm using icicle. No - wait - I'm using subSilver in my other site... aa...

I'm getting this too, now on my computer. I'm running IIS 5 with Windows NT 5.0 (SP3) mySQL 3.23 and PHP 4.23. I'm also using phpBB version 2.0.3 on thise new sites. On my site that I created previously, running on the same computer, I don't get this issue. I am using phpbb version 2.0.2 (upgraded f...

I like that calendar. I'll have to implement it.

I saw that one. Does it use PHP as a forum? I dunno. Maybe I should just build a new portal. :)

REquest? Bug Tracking System

I was just looking through the bug tracking page here on PHPBB. I like it. Is it possible to make it available to use users? I wonder if somebody else has done a mod?

I did a search on bugs and mods but came up with too many unrelated responses.

This probably isn't a "PHPBB" item, but I'm curious. Gatty - what doesn't work about you backing up and restoring your MySQL database? I do it all the time. My bbs is hosted on a Unix server somewhere and my devlopment boxes are a K6-2 333 (home) running Win 98 and a P-4/1GHz (work) running NT 5.0. ...

Okay my site is now running on EzPortal. I like it so far. I've made a few of the language tweaks and changed some of the layout. I've even included a news feed from moreover.

Allright! That is nicely done. Thank you for taking the time to write all those instructions. I'll learn more about templates as I progress. Of course, maybe Clippy could've done better for me if I wrote the page in FrontPage 2000 or MS Word. :) Anyway, it works great and my page is now integrated i...

I don't know about an admin function to do this (I looked) but the SQL is a no-brainer. You're using MySQL? Ah, it doesn't really matter. After backing up your database... UPDATE phpbb_users SET user_style = 8 You could add some funky rollback code, but it just might be easier to have a backup of th...

I'm a glutton for punishment, so I'm gonna take the hard road and use the overall_header / overall_footer in order to reuse my work. ;) I did try to just to the include("templates/subSilver/overall_header.tpl") thingy, but got some really awful results. (My page turned green.) If you could show how ...

Here's what I'm trying: I have a page that is just HTML. (It could also be PHP, but I want to keep it simple.) Here's my page... <html> <body> Hello World! </body> </html> Now: I want the PHPbb header and footer wrapped around that content. How do I include it? More specifically, I want to use overa...
