Why did you reinstall it? Were you having problems? You must backup the database correctly or you will lose the data. Im not convinced a reinstall will fix it anyway. I have only 3 users lol, it's just that this forum is running slow, it never did before till now, my other forum is running like a dream.

Are they all on the same host and what size is the database? Well it wasn't a problem before though, this just happened when I had a problem with my forum and then reinstalled it. Forum running slow

Hi, it seems my forum now is running slow for some odd reason, is there any way to fix this problem at all? My other forum runs real fast, but it seems this PHPBB forum is running slow and I have no idea why.

How would we get this to work though, gmail won't work how about hotmail, if that does not work then I'm stuck. I know there is a mod out to disable that, will the error still appear when users register?

I installed the mod, but I removed it U suppose, not really sure if I did haha. The mod doesn't show on my forum so its all good. There was a announcements.php file, I eraced it because it wasn't there in the beginning, that ok of me doing that right?

One more thing, is there anyway to re add a users post as it was before, lets say he had 70 posts. He made a new account and wants to get his 70 posts back? you would need to know he user id of the old user and the new user so you can create a sql query to run on the database :) I know his new and ...
