Re: Randomly get logged out...

Nevermind I just closed my browser and I got logged out.

Apparently the cookie will last for a short while but then it fails to get me in. The cookies don't get removed though... and I have them set not to expire :(

EDIT: here are my settings:

Randomly get logged out...

My users (and myself) get logged out randomly sometimes... is this a common problem?

EDIT: Also when we try to log in, it goes to the "proceed to previous page" page fine, but when it redirects, we're logged out again (until we try enough times)

[Request] Total members that have visited the forum today

Anyone who's been to a vBulletin board has probably seen this feature. I'd like to have it in phpbb3 :D

Yes, I've seen the Who's been here? mod, but that seems to be just an extension of the Who's online? list... Basically I'm requesting a phpbb3 version of this mod.

Re: Modded prosilver looks fine in Firefox, crap in IE6/7

Anyone? I've been staring at colours.css for hours... EDIT: nevermind omfg.... I had a lot of colors like this: color: /* #oldcol */ #newcol Apparently Internet Explorer doesn't like css commenting  So changing it to: color: #newcol /* #oldcol */ ...works. No clue how that makes any sens...

Modded prosilver looks fine in Firefox, crap in IE6/7

Check it out - http://www.gamerscut.com/forums/index.php

For some reason a lot of the colors are messed up in IE, while they are ok in FF. :(

Any ideas how that could happen?

How can I put my logo -on top- of the header bar?

How do I make it so that I can place my oversized logo on top of the header bar? I tried messing around in overall_header.html but it resulted in no logo showing up at all. :(

EDIT: nevermind I'm a dumbass. Got it to work. :D

Coding php is therapeutic and helps pass the time...

Coding php is therapeutic and helps pass the time... during lectures. :P

It also keeps me awake during evening classes when the professor is just doing review stuff and nothing new. :D

Anyone else do that?

Depends on how you define taking off. I have 31 members and I get 75posts/day. Am I happy with the activity per user? Definitely. Do I consider it as having taken off? No. An "active" forum that has taken off should have about 3 to 10 times the activity I have.
