Re: titnia fatal error

This is referring to the module management pages in the Administration Control Panel => System tab rather than an included module, where you will be able to enable the included MCP/UCP modules.

Re: titnia fatal error

You're trying to use the version for phpBB 3.1 on 3.0. The 3.0 version can be found here. Do note that there is no formal release process for Titania and that little to no support is provided for it.

Re: phpBB 3.1 performance issues on shared hosting

One example is the the ajax system: I tested out the ajax in 3.1 and yeah ok it look good but then I went and played around with a decent hack from http://forum.dion-designs.com/t8682/phpbb3-ajax/ and I felt that it was much lighter and cleaner. Also I know that this may be a little out of date but...

Re: [DEV] Quickedit 0.1.0-dev

The code for the post buttons changed, so the selector used to attach the DOM event is not valid anymore.

Re: initialise data event

$test_variables isn't part of the event, so you need to add it first. The value should specify the type that the given setting value will be cast to. The variables in the event seem incorrect. There is no $row and $group_row actually contains the values fetched from the database. $submit_ary contai...

Re: Nesting loops in template file (3.0.11)

That's not necessarily the case. Assuming that navlinks is entirely separate from postrow (meaning that there isn't a unique navlinks block for each post), then you can prefix it in the BEGIN tag with ! to nest it inside another block. Meaning: <!-- BEGIN postrow --> <!-- BEGIN !navlinks --> <strong...

Re: parsing and using bbcode_uid - how to add text to a post

The $bbcode_uid and $bbcode_bitfield variables are passed by reference, so they will contain the new uid and bitfield after you call generate_text_for_storage(). You'll then need to update the database with these new values as well.

X refers to the group id, not the name. :)

Re: MyBB to phpBB Conversion problem

Thanks for testing this. Uploaded 0.0.4 now. :) It addresses the quote bbcode issue and adds a check for the user location profile field. This can be deleted in MyBB, so it caused an error in the convertor when it didn't exist. during the conversion of the attachments I have always a mysql server er...

Re: MyBB to phpBB Conversion problem

Uploaded a new version. This fixes two issues:
- Call to an undefined function "mybb_conver_group_type"
- The convertor now handles situations where no smilies exist correctly.

Re: MyBB to phpBB Conversion problem

Try decreasing the batch size (default is 2000 rows). In convert_mybb16.php, find:

Code: Select all

if (!$get_info)
{
After, add:

Code: Select all

$convert->batch_size = 1500;

Re: MyBB to phpBB Conversion problem

Is that after the convertor has actually started running or when simply loading the install page? If the former, try adding the following before include($phpbb_root_path . 'config.' . $phpEx); in convert_mybb16.php: @set_time_limit(0); @ini_set('memory_limit', '256M'); @ini_set('upload_max_filesize'...
