i want to move it all to web address B and carry on like normal.

Is it as simple as grabbing all the files in my FTP from location A and stick them in location B's folder?

well its an instructional site so i have subscribing members and teachers, i want only the subscribing members to be able to view what the teachers have wrote whilst at the same time everyone having access to all forums.

heres what i would like to do:

1.)All members have accesss to all areas

2.)Only certain members (groups/ranks whatever) can view posts made by other certain members

Is that possible to set up?

ok so i'm wondering this... all my videos are on the page movies.php right, how do i restrict certain groups to viewing that page like i would a normal forum where i can give people permissions to enter certain areas.
