You cannot log into a forum which does not exist until you install it.... But, when you are updating from RC2 to RC3, the forum exist and everybody can read the message "delete install folder" at index.php, so they probably will enter there... Hi! The idea is nice, but... does it have any measure to prevent abuse? If I warn an user X times just because I want to f#%k him, he got banned automaticly? If that's the case, maybe the user could be put in a pre-ban queue that admins/mods have to approve before the permanent ban. Or the opposite...
