Don't do the first edit, just do the second but I would change 0 to maybe 2 seconds, so they can quickly read it ;)

Oh yeah, I forgot about that setting, because the last time I touched that setting was a really long time ago, anyway, but like stated if correctly used it can be a great tool in your arsenal.
